There’s a Chinese saying “Instead of reading ten thousand books, why not walk ten thousand miles.” Through traveling, you learn things books simply can’t offer.

I love the first quote by Mark Twain. Life’s all about living without regrets.
The one by your favorite taxi driver carries some good wisdom as well. By the way, this is the first time I’ve heard someone having a favorite taxi driver. Where did you meet him? In NYC?

@Erica, I’ll have to write a blog post about Amar. During the ride from Queens to Manhattan, I learned how he moved from New Guinea to New York City without a dime to his name and now is close to meeting all of his life’s goals. I’ll fill in the details later
